When to give GS-441524 twice daily (12 Hrs Apart)

In critical cases (bad breathing, lethargy, seizures, etc.). To save the kitty please consider the below:

Instead of giving 1 dose each 24 hrs, we can give two doses a day (each 12hrs one dose).

e.g., 10mg/kg dose at 11 am and another 10mg/kg dose at 11 pm.

N.B: This protocol you can follow until the cat starts to hold up, eat and act normal, then start the 24 hrs once a day normal GS treatment protocol.

An example of an accelerated schedule:

Dose 2: give 12 hrs after dose 1
Dose 3: give 15 hrs after dose 2
Dose 4: give 18 hrs after dose 3
Dose 5: give 21 hrs after dose 4
Dose 6: give 24 hrs after dose 5
Thereafter: Every 24 hrs after that.
